Are all minifigures 100% official LEGO®?
Yes, without exception. Every figure sold on Minifigsupply is genuine LEGO®. We never list third-party, bootleg, or custom-printed parts. Authenticity is non-negotiable.
How are figures graded?
We inspect every piece individually and describe its condition honestly in the product listing. Common grades are Mint (unused, often sealed), Near Mint (minimal handling), Excellent (light play wear, no damage), and Good (visible wear but complete and authentic). You always know exactly what you are buying.
Do you sell sealed figures?
Yes. Some figures are sold sealed in original polybag or set packaging. Others are carefully separated from sets and sold individually. Each listing specifies clearly.
Can I request a specific figure?
Absolutely. Contact us with the character and set reference you are looking for — we will do our best to source it.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from France.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over 65€ within France and free on orders over 120€ within the EU. Below these thresholds, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
- France: 3–5 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days depending on destination
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Selling Your Collection
Do you buy LEGO® Star Wars minifigures?

How does the buying process work?
- Submit your collection details via our form (photos + list of figures).
- We evaluate and come back with a fair, no-pressure offer within 48 hours.
- If you accept, we send you a prepaid shipping label for larger lots.
- Once received and verified, payment is sent immediately.
What condition do you accept?
We accept figures in all conditions — from mint to well-played. Condition affects the offer price, but we are always interested in rare characters regardless of wear.
Returns & Issues
Can I return a purchase?
Yes. Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery — no questions asked. Simply contact us at contact@minifigsupply.com within that window. See our Return Policy for full details.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will resolve it — replacement, refund, or exchange depending on the situation.
