Return & Refund Policy

At Minifigsupply, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality, condition accuracy, and authenticity.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • The item must not be damaged, modified, or incomplete.

  • All included accessories or packaging (if applicable) must be returned.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if necessary

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Minifigsupply.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong item

  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos to verify the issue.

If confirmed, Minifigsupply may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A refund

  • Store credit


4. Condition of Pre-Owned Items

Most products sold by Minifigsupply are pre-owned LEGO® minifigures or sets.

This means some items may show signs of use.

We clearly classify product condition using our grading system:

  • Mint

  • Excellent

  • Good

  • Played

  • Damaged

Product photos are part of the description and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Returns based solely on visible condition already shown in the product photos may not be accepted.


5. Authenticity Guarantee

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products sold on Minifigsupply are guaranteed to be 100% authentic LEGO®.

We do not sell counterfeit items.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom items

  • Opened sealed items

  • Misprint items sold with clearly disclosed defects

  • Final sale items

  • Bulk lots sold as-is


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.

Minifigsupply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


8. Refund Refusal

Minifigsupply reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The item is returned damaged

  • Parts are missing

  • The item has been modified

  • The return does not match the original order

In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
