By placing an order on our website, you fully accept these Terms of Sale.
Minifigsupply reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

3. Products
Minifigsupply sells collectible LEGO® minifigures, LEGO® sets, and accessories.
Most products are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
Product descriptions, photos, and condition grading aim to be as accurate as possible.
Product photos are considered part of the product description.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices may be modified at any time without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
Minifigsupply reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
If an incorrect price is displayed and an order is placed, Minifigsupply reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Minifigsupply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Fraud suspicion
- Incorrect customer information
- Shipping limitations
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Other available payment methods
Minifigsupply does not store payment information.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped from France.
Shipping times are estimates only.
Minifigsupply is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- Force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
8. Customs and Taxes
For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Complete
- Unmodified
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the error comes from Minifigsupply.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Minifigsupply.
11. Product Authenticity
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products sold by Minifigsupply are guaranteed to be 100% authentic LEGO® products.
Minifigsupply does not knowingly sell counterfeit items.
12. Liability
Minifigsupply cannot be held responsible for:
- Improper use of products
- Shipping delays
- Carrier errors
- Customs delays
- Minor manufacturing defects
- Natural wear on pre-owned items
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website remains the property of Minifigsupply.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

14. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
