Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your items during transport.

Depending on the order value and item rarity, we may use:

  • Protective sleeves

  • Zip bags

  • Bubble mailers

  • Hard plastic cases

  • Reinforced boxes

Higher-value orders may receive extra protection.


Tracking

Tracking is included on most orders.

Please note that once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Minifigsupply is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.


Customs and Import Fees

At this time, Minifigsupply mainly ships within France and the European Union.

For EU orders, no customs duties apply.

If international shipping is added in the future, customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees.
