Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
As required by European Union consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from any distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing contact@minifigsupply.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will acknowledge receipt promptly.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund — including original shipping costs — within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Returns for Defects or Errors
Outside the withdrawal window, we accept returns if:
- The item received does not match the listing description
- The item was damaged in transit (photos required within 48h of delivery)
- A wrong item was sent
In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by Minifigsupply.
Non-Eligible Returns
After the 14-day withdrawal period, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Items that have been used or altered after delivery
- Minor cosmetic variations already noted in the condition report
How to Request a Return
- Email contact@minifigsupply.com with your order number and reason
- Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.
