Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your minifigures arrive in perfect condition. We use protective sleeves, bubble wrap, and padded envelopes or boxes depending on order size and value.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@minifigsupply.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
